iFixPhones – Warranty & Exchange Policy
1 Month Warranty
All products and repairs provided by iFixPhones are covered by a 1 month limited warranty against manufacturer defects and technical malfunctions. If a defect occurs within this period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Please note, the warranty does NOT cover the following:

Physical damage due to drops, cracks, bends, or impact

Water or liquid damage

Accidental or intentional damage

Internal tampering or unauthorized repairs

Damage resulting from customer’s own repair attempts

Software issues not related to the repair
-
New damage unrelated to the original repair
Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns.
Exchanges are available on select items within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.
